Returns window
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to return
Email hello@project1p.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Exclusions
Final-sale items, customized products, and items showing wear or damage are not eligible for return.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
