In the event of a dispute arising from a translation into another language, the English version of the Terms & Conditions and other official documents shall prevail.
Introduction
PROJECT1PURPOSE is an online platform operated by JEMAUA HOLDINGS LTD ("PROJECT1PURPOSE", "we", "us", or "our") that facilitates the sale of merchandise and supports charitable initiatives through third-party organisations. PROJECT1PURPOSE acts as an intermediary platform connecting users, sellers, and charitable organisations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PROJECT1PURPOSE is not a party to transactions between users and third-party sellers or charitable organisations. These Terms apply to all use of Project1Purpose and related services. They incorporate our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Affiliate Program Terms. By accessing or using PROJECT1PURPOSE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms applicable to specific features ("Additional Terms"). To use PROJECT1PURPOSE, you must meet the minimum age requirements under applicable law. If you are in the EU, you must be at least 18 years old. Participation in the affiliate program is limited to individuals aged 18 or over. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary devices, software, and internet access to use the service.
Grant of licence
PROJECT1PURPOSE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of PROJECT1PURPOSE without prior written permission. Participation in the referral or affiliate program does not constitute prohibited commercial use.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in PROJECT1PURPOSE are owned by or licensed to PROJECT1PURPOSE. You are granted no ownership rights, only a limited right to use the service. User Content remains your property, but you grant PROJECT1PURPOSE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for operating the service.
User obligation
You must use PROJECT1PURPOSE lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • engage in fraud, deception, or unlawful activity; • manipulate the referral system; • create multiple accounts or self-refer; • access accounts without authorisation; • interfere with platform operation; • provide false information; • misuse the platform in any way. PROJECT1PURPOSE may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
User content
You are responsible for any content you submit. PROJECT1PURPOSE may remove content that is unlawful or harmful. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Third-party services and transactions
PROJECT1PURPOSE is not responsible for the actions, products, services, or representations of third parties. Any disputes regarding transactions must be resolved with the relevant third party unless otherwise required by law. PROJECT1PURPOSE does not guarantee the performance, quality, or legality of any goods or services provided by third parties.
Payments and commissions
Purchases made through PROJECT1PURPOSE may include a portion allocated to charitable organisations and a portion retained by PROJECT1PURPOSE. Participation in the affiliate program may entitle users to commissions based on qualifying sales. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on qualifying sales. PROJECT1PURPOSE reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. PROJECT1PURPOSE does not act as a financial institution or payment provider unless expressly stated. PROJECT1PURPOSE reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the platform or referral system.
Disclaimer on earnings
PROJECT1PURPOSE does not guarantee any income, financial return, or profit from participation in the platform or referral program.
Liability
PROJECT1PURPOSE provides its services with reasonable skill and care and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, PROJECT1PURPOSE shall not be liable for: • any indirect or consequential loss; • any loss of expected profits, anticipated revenue, or business opportunities; • any loss arising from third-party actions; • service interruptions or unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law (including fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). PROJECT1PURPOSE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, technical failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
Termination and suspension
PROJECT1PURPOSE may suspend or terminate access where: • you materially breach these Terms; • your conduct is unlawful or harmful; • required by law. PROJECT1PURPOSE may suspend inactive accounts. PROJECT1PURPOSE may modify or discontinue services for operational reasons. Where possible, notice will be provided. PROJECT1PURPOSE will act in a proportionate and reasonable manner. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. PROJECT1PURPOSE may take appropriate measures, including warnings or temporary suspension, before termination where reasonable.
Data protection
PROJECT1PURPOSE processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR. Data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.
General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. PROJECT1PURPOSE may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. PROJECT1PURPOSE may assign rights where this does not adversely affect users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. EU consumers retain rights under their local laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". PROJECT1PURPOSE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing limits consumer rights under applicable law.
